To anyone still reading this nonsense, what do you watch, read, play or listen to that has been sating your lust for this doomed universe? I know the franchise is inspired by so many works and wears those inspirations on its sleeve, but there's just something about this setting that's always hard to come by elsewhere. Anderson is my least favorite of the bunch, but from what I can tell this is his best work and it features two of my favorite actors (Lawrence Fishburne and Sam Neill). Just thought I'd share this little story since I can't play the game or watch the movie because I got a job to go to in a bit. Considered a classic, A Nightmare on Elm Street is a 1984 slasher film that centers around a horrifying man who uses their bladed gloves to attack teenagers who have conducted sexual activities in. Like this is either the biggest coincidence or someone from Paramount saw news of the remake and was all BRAND SYNERGY and got the ball rolling for the remaster in time for the game. I completely forgot I pre-ordered it and I find the timing of how things lined up real satisfying. Well I opened it and as a pleasant surprise I found my copy of Dead Space AND Event Horizon in 4K. Immediately I thought "Fuck, I ordered two by mistake I hope I know someone with a PS5." Walking back from my mailbox the parcel felt a bit too thick for one game. So I decided I'd just order my Remake copy online since EVERY fucking store near me that still sells games was sold out (hope that means those sales numbers are looking good).
